Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing finance, human resource and administrative support to ensure operation efficiency
- Supports management and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff
- Generate bank reconciliation and other financial statements across all group companies accounts and support the regular upkeep of control reconciliations
- Assist HR matters i.e, conduct hiring process, manage monthly payroll, prepare monthly compensation, overtime and attendance spreadsheets, staff exit and termination
Requirement:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
- Personal Attribute: Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Positive attitudes, Meticulous, Goal Oriented, Passion, Organized Focused, Punctual, Responsibilities and Leadership
- Able to travel when required and possess Driving License
- Location: Senawang, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
