**Objective Hr Executive/HR assistant**

The **Human Resources Executive** manages and directs all human resources (HR) tasks for outlet and takes the lead when it comes to any and all human resources matters and functions. HR Executives must ensure company HR policy is followed amongst all employees and managers.

Additional HR Executive responsibilities would be directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs.

The Human Resource Executive will also work with the Group HR Manager to strategically plan valuable HR changes and subsequently take action to implement them.

**HR Executive Job Duties**:

- Work with company Group HR Manager to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
- Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures
- Perform all payroll activities accurately and timely to ensure employee payroll is completed and submitted on time.
- Direct all hiring and onboarding procedures for new employees
- Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress and social media permissions etc.) and keep employee handbook current
- Administer and communicate benefits and compensation plans etc.
- Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
- Foster cross functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
- Regularly meet with operations department heads for progress reviews and assessments discussing any problems or grievances they may have
- Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts
- Initiate and implement any necessary changes to help boost worker productivity (better assessment processes, incentive programs etc.)
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
- Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks

**HR Executive Skills and Qualifications**:

- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Efficient time-management, direction
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective communicator, both verbally and written as well as attentive listener
- Takes initiative to implement necessary changes
- Knowledgeable in HR process and HRIS computer programs
- Degree in human resources, business administration, finance or related field
- 5+ years management experience in HR
- A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
