**Responsibilities**:
- Work with company HR Department (Head Office) on strategic HR plan and initiatives
- Managing recruitment & on boarding (New Hires) process based on the company's policy & procedures.
- Managing Manpower Planning based on outlet overhead budget.
- Executing payroll process within specified time and to ensure payroll is complete.
- To ensure all employees (outlet) compliance to the company's policies based on the current Employee's Handbook.
- Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
- Foster cross functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
- Managing grievances through a regularly meet with operations department heads and addressing to any issues relating to the outlet.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Highly organized, efficient and detail oriented
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective communicator, both verbally and written as well as attentive listener.
- Knowledgeable in HR process, Employment Act and HRIS computer programs.
- Degree or Diploma or Certificates in human resources, business administration, finance or related field.
- Minimum **three (3) years **experience in Human Resource (Generalist).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
