- Computer literate ( Knowledge of UBS Accounting Software)
- Possess own transport
- Able to work with minimum supervision and work independently
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan

Job Responsibility
- Assist in daily operation of Account Department
- To perform data entry into the accounting system
- Responsible for Account Payable,account Receivable and other general matters
- Payroll duties, preform administrative duties and assist in updating Cash Book
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Maintain proper documentation records and filing system To assist in ad-hoc issues/duties assigned from time to time
- Prepare monthy salary and wages report for all staff
- In charge for HR Deparment, preparing and monitoring staffs attendance report, issing Appointment Letters, Official Letters & memo to staffs

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Senawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
