**HR Job Duties**:

- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties (Main role)
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives and manager
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

**HR Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Require to complete **TRAINING AT HQ (Selayang)** for 2 months
- 1-year experience in HR or fresh graduate encourage to apply.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)
- Basic knowledge of labour laws
- Single and have own transport are encourage to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
