Event Specialist

1 Planning event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives. (Trade, Consumer show and etc) 2 Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts. 3 Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers and contractors. 4 Be in charge of hiring personnel (MC, Photographers, Videographers..) 5 Coordinate all operations. 6 Liaising with clients to understand event briefs and objectives for events 7 Plan and involve in company's internal activities. 8 Handle any other ad-hoc duties assigned and Marketing-related matters. Work Condition 1 Regional travel will be required. 2 Extra time work is required depending on the customers/company's schedule & request. Job Requirement 1 Age : 24 ~ 30 2 Gender : Male / Female with Good command in English 3 With min 2 years Event Coordination experience (FMCG experience is added advantage) 4 Self-motivated, able to work within an environment and must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision. 5 Experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) 6 Responsible and able to handle multi-tasking work. 7 To submit Portfolio
