**Requirements**:

- At least 8 years of experience in human resource management and administrative management in the manufacturing industry, and at least 5 years of equivalent management experience.
- Strong learning ability, proactive work attitude and good personality
- Good communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Familiar with relevant labor laws, regulations, and employment policies in Malaysia.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment systems
- Familiarity with foreign personnel's employment visa work and being able to speak Chinese will be an additional advantage

**Job Scopes**:

- Assist the leadership and be specifically responsible for the management of human resources;
- According to the company's personnel positioning and staffing system, organize job analysis work from time to time, continuously revise and improve job descriptions and responsibilities;
- Responsible for employee recruitment management, meeting the employment needs of various departments and periods;
- Responsible for the company's education and training work, developing annual/monthly training plans based on the training needs of each department, and supervising their implementation; And specifically responsible for the training of frontline production employees, including planning, organizing and implementing, supervising and inspecting;
- Responsible for promoting corporate culture, employee relations, employee performance, employee attendance, salary accounting, and other management work;
- Responsible for the design and compilation, operation and maintenance, inspection and review, continuous improvement or improvement of the workflow in each link of the department;
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time.
