SKOP KERJA: -Menguruskan staf (sistem kehadiran (Info-tech), cuti, kebajikan, pembayaran perkhidmatan & penyediaan kontrak). - Pengurusan prestasi dan penjejakan kenaikan pangkat. - Membantu untuk mengiklankan jawatan kosong, menyenaraipendek calon, menemuduga, merekrut dan memilih calon-calon baru. - Melaksanakan kerja-kerja pemfailan HR secara bulanan. - Membantu HR Eksekutif menganjurkan sesi latihan atau aktiviti pembangunan prestasi untuk pekerja. - Membantu HR Eksekutif dalam semua tugasan yang berkaitan Sumber Manusia seperti pemilihan calon, perkongsian idea, penyediaan memo, buku panduan pekerja, SOP pengurusan, penstafan, pengurusan disiplin dan lain-lain. - Melaksanakan mana-mana tugasan yang berkaitan Pengurusan Sumber Manusia. KELAYAKAN: - Perempuan. - Berumur 24-30 tahun. - Mempunyai Diploma/Ijazah dalam bidang Pengurusan Sumber Manusia, Pentadbiran Perniagaan atau mana-mana kos yang berkaitan. - Mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1-2 tahun dalam bidang berkaitan. - Mahir Akta Kerja 1955 - Boleh bekerja di bawah pengawasan yang minimum. - Berdisiplin, menepati masa dan boleh menerima arahan.
