Job Responsibilities
- Prepare Management Account
- Prepare final accounts and liaise with the external auditors for preparation of audited financial statements financial statements
- Prepare payment to financiers for assets monthly installments.
- Attend to the insurance requirements for new and existing assets including for the new projects secured and other statutory requirements.
- Attend to the statutory requirement in respect of incorporation of new/subsidiary company.
- Attend to asset acquisition, related insurances and other requirement.
- Prepare Cash Flow Statement on monthly basis.
- Attend to banks' reconciliation statements.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondences and drawings
- Distribution of drawings/documents to the various offices/departments
- Maintaining, tracking and improving float file circulation for all documents
- Filing of all correspondences and drawings in appropriate document & drawing rooms
- Attend to all office related facilities for conclusive workplace.
- Attend to all matters related to staff benefits, complaints, claims etc.
- Job Specification
- 2- 3 years experience
- Degree in Accountancy / minimum Diploma in Accountancy
- Independent, resourceful and pro-active
- Computer literate, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Result-oriented and aggressive in meeting deadlines
- Able to work under pressure
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Prefer female
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
