Accounts Executive HR

To perform daily accounting operations, and assist in handling a full set of accounts and Bank Reconciliation.
- Independence, able to optimize current accounting flow.
- To assist in day-to-day accounting operations, monthly closing, journal adjustment, and monthly reporting.
- Participate in company management meetings for company continuous improvement.
- Prepare payment vouchers & online banking payments, and liaise with the supplier, vendor, contractor, client about payment.
- Perform supplier invoice checking and supplier reconciliation.
- To ensure that the tax computation and tax returns are prepared per the relevant tax laws and regulations provision.
- Obtain financial data from several sources such as daily sales reports, expense reports, and monthly statements.
- To give full cooperation to any other tax matters arising/ tax queries raised byIRB including but not limited to tax audit and investigation.
- Responsible for maintenance of records, documentation, and filling to support all accounting entries.
- Assist the company in developing company standard finance procedures.
- Assist in inventory reports, cost analysis, and liaison with the auditor, company secretary tax, and bank.
- Assist in administrative duties, which may include employment verifications, benefits administration, and background screening
- Attend to ad hock request related to account executive scope of work bymanagement from time to time.
- Maintaining a database of contact information.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- Able to assist for HR matters.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
