Skop Kerja HR:
1. menguruskan aspek-aspek berkaitan sumber manusia seperti pemilihan, pengambilan, pembangunan, pemeliharaan, dan pemecatan pekerja.
2. merancang dan melaksanakan program latihan, menyelia polisi dan prosedur keselamatan dan kesihatan pekerja, menguruskan pelan kesejahteraan pekerja, dan memastikan pematuhan terhadap undang-undang buruh.
3. berinteraksi dengan pekerja dan pengurus lain, memberi nasihat dan sokongan dalam perkara berkaitan sumber manusia, dan menyediakan laporan berkaitan sumber manusia kepada pengurusan syarikat.
