Human Resources: Assisting with human resources tasks, such as managing employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee benefits, and maintaining personnel files.
- Financial Management: Assisting with financial tasks, such as managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and expense reports, preparing financial reports, and managing petty cash.
- Property Management: Support the team in various tasks related to managing properties. This may include tasks such as assisting with tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing finances, providing administrative support, assisting with marketing and advertising, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, managing technology
- Team Coordination: Collaborating with team members and departments to facilitate smooth communication and coordination across the office and providing support as needed.

**Qualification and Skills**
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, while some positions may require a post-secondary degree or certification in property management, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is often preferred. This may include experience as an administrative assistant, leasing agent, or property management assistant.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
