Account Assistant Administrative Assistant

Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Issuing checks, updating ledgers, budgets, invoices to customers.
- Preparing financial reports and assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
