Personal Assistant Account

Process monthly billing & payment.
- Preparation on bank, general ledger & others balance sheet reconciliation.
- Cash flow reporting and Bank reconciliation.
- Coordination between Management and others and preparing the minutes meeting
- Prepare Petty cash summary
- Undertake any other ad hoc assignment by superior.
- Perform accounting entry and bookkeeping tasks
- Preparation and issuance of accounting related documents
- Ensure a proper filing and keeping of accounting records & other documents
- Handle all secretarial and administrative duties, personal and corporate matters;
**Salary**: RM1,509.36 - RM3,497.24 per month
