Your duty:
**Office Administration**:

- Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.

**Maintenance Coordination**:

- Take charge of maintenance tasks related to the clinic's premises, equipment, and facilities.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for repairs and upkeep.

**Record Keeping and Documentation**:

- Manage and organize both digital and physical records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Prepare and maintain administrative documents, reports, and records as needed.

**Appointment Scheduling and Calendar Management**:

- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for clinic staff.
- Maintain and update calendars for key personnel.

**Visitor and Client Interaction**:

- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about clinic services and handle inquiries effectively.

**Data Entry and Record Management**:

- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into relevant systems.
- Safeguard sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

**Supply Chain Management**:

- Monitor and replenish office and clinic supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement and negotiate favorable terms.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the clinic.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.

**Travel and Accommodation Arrangements**:

- Assist in making travel arrangements for clinic personnel when required.
- Coordinate travel itineraries and accommodation details.

What you will need:

- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
