**Minimum Academic Qualification/ Knowledge**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
**Years of Related Working Experience**:
- Minimum 1 years experience in related field
**Skills**:
- Independent, resourceful and pro-active
- Able to work under pressure
- Result-oriented and aggressive in meeting deadlines
**Job Scope**:
- To procure office supplies
- In charge of stationaries inventory
- Manage registration and tagging of fixed assets
- Print company profile
- Renewal of motor vehicle insurance & road tax
- To liase with government, clients, consultants and sub-contractors on company registration
- Attend to all matters related to office maintenance
- Maintain & handle ISO 9001: 2015 documentation for admin part
- Serve other related and associates companies in matters pertaining to your profession as directed by your immediate Supervisor or the Managing Director
- Replace secretary during on leave /MC
- Rotate duties during receptionist lunch hour break
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
