Requirements
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
- Fast learner and willing to grow with the company
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Meticulous, responsible, diligent, active, able to work independently

**Responsibilities**:

- Procurement of goods or services, digital filling and documentation
- Assist with day-to-day Account & HR admin support functions and duties.
- Perform general book-keeping & cheques/payment vouchers/journal vouchers.
- Arrange and schedule appointments, and meetings and update calendars.
- Liaise with external parties e.g. auditor, tax consultants and company secretary when necessary
- Answering, Screening, and transferring customer telephone inquiries.
- Handling office maintenance & up-keeping including office facilities and equipment.
- Maintain the office inventory, restocking items and making note of inventory shortages when needed.
- Perform all the other related duties as assigned from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
