Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing for passenger transportation solutions in Malaysia to support the execution of the marketing plans for all ASEAN markets. This will include a full mix of B2B marketing tactics such as integrated campaigns, ABM, brand, PR, conferences, and events designed to help achieve the annual and five-year Sales and Marketing goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Working under the broad guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing and collaboratively with the Managing Director, ASEAN to achieve revenue generation targets, the Marketing Manager will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Develop the marketing strategy, implementation plan and associated budget for the ASEAN VBU, ensuring alignment with the business objectives.
- Deliver marketing demand generation tactics that generate awareness, leads, and measurable marketing-influenced pipeline for sales and measure its impact on revenue targets.
- Develop demand-generation tactics that influence opportunities through multiple businesses' full-thought buyer journey.
- With the support from the digital marketing shared services team, plan and manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, advertising, and promotions, ensuring they are set up and promoted effectively to be a successful campaign tactic.
- Drive the organizing of conferences, webinars, user and prospect events, trade shows and industry events by arranging sponsorships and liaising with suppliers to coordinate marketing and creating promotional materials such as exhibition stands, merchandise, brochures and more.
- Execute integrated campaigns and events across multiple channels to achieve set goals. These channels include digital, social media, print, direct mail, and other related tactics.
- Plan and execute cutting-edge ABM tactics to grow revenue in the region's largest public transport & Emergency Services companies.
- Track and report on campaign and event results to showcase the success of each tactic through Salesforce dashboards.
- Working with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively followed up and actioned.
- Managing projects effectively using the team’s collaboration tool.
- Proactively looking for innovative new ideas to improve demand generation results continuously.
- Supporting public relations and customer marketing by liaising with customers.
- Helping deliver various market research projects to increase Trapeze’s understanding of our markets.
- Undertaking any other reasonable tasks consistent with training and skill levels required for this position as requested.
Education and Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or another related discipline.
- Minimum of eight (8) years experience in marketing (B2B), communications or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.
- Strong experience in project management and multitasking, adjusting to conflicting demands.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital/social media.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the transportation industry or transportation software is desirable but not mandatory.
- Proven track record in successfully coordinating large-scale tradeshows, conferences, and corporate events.
