Account Assistant

Assist in the preparation of accurate invoices and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Enter financial data into the company's accounting system, maintaining up-to-date
- and accurate records.
- Reconcile accounts regularly and investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Support month-end close procedures and contribute to the preparation of financial
- reports.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and address any payment inquiries
- promptly.
- Provide support to the accounting team by assisting with various administrative
- tasks as required.
**Job Requirement**:
- At least 1 year working experience in related field will be an added advantage.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel & Word.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
