Position Summary

Identify and conduct analysis on underperforming areas in the supply chain and suggest improvements or solutions to problems.

Role and Responsibilities
- To ensure effective communication between Sales and Product Marketing with the intention to improve forecast accuracy for Sell In, Sell Out, Order Earliness, Aging Stocks and consistent demand input as per consensus in line with product marketing direction.
- Identify and conduct analysis on underperforming areas in the supply chain and suggest improvements or solutions to problems.
- Consolidate reports and provide further commentaries for overall business performance as well as identification of risk and opportunities.
- Liaise with HQ and Factory to align local supply and demand plan.
- Custodian of SCM related system and policy and procedure management. Ensure compliance and continues improvement and provide support and guidance to system users.
- To train sales team members at state level on all current and new developments of GSCM as to ensure smooth daily business operation and to prepare for branches to cover wider product scope.
- Ultimate goal is to ensure all SCM KPIs are met according to company direction with the mindset of using it as important tool to conduct all business in the future.
- To report the analysis results & business issues to Supervisor, HOD as well as RHQ/HQ level.

Skills and Qualifications
- Required skill(s): Good statistical knowledge, Presentation skill, Excel formulation (a must), excellent written and verbal communication.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experiences in the market analysis industry and/or related field or work.
- Must be able to conduct business analysis.
- Able to work independently.
