To support our team in PacTech Asia in Malaysia, we are looking for a NPI Assistant (New Product Introduction) for the next possible date.

**About PacTech**
- Assist in new product introduction (NPI) and transfer to production.
- Work closely with Process Engineering and R&D team to introduce new products to production lines.
- Assist in BOM, Product & Process Specification and Customer Requirements document creation.
- Participate in NPI projects initiations, project status review meetings.
- Assist in coordination with Production & Planning on engineering slots.
- Follow up with design & process engineers on pre-committed checkpoints and project checklist items.
- Align with Project Management & Customer Service to keep Customer schedules.
- Assist as needed on engineering technical documentation, record keeping, document creation and changes.

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma / Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related Engineering discipline.
- 2 years of working experience in a similar position in the semiconductor and electronics industry is preferrable.
- Ability to quickly learn and support engineering teams logístically.
- Good attention to detail.
- Computer skills including Excel, Powerpoint, Word and ability to learn customized software.
- Able to independently carry out instructions with minimum supervision.
- Technical background in semiconductor industry would be an added advantage.
- Team player, results-oriented, resourceful and committed.
- Good working attitude and willing to learn.
- Possess own transport.
