- Implementing digital tools and systems for the paperless transition. (Approprate document management systems, workflow tools, and electronic signature solutions)
- To help employees effectively use new digital tools.
- Developing Security policies and data encryption implemented to ensure proper protection of sensitive information and personal data.
- Review your existing business processes and optimize them for digitalization.
- To regularly monitor the progress of your paperless project to identify problems and areas for improvement.
- Troubleshooting, etc.
- Accurate communication and negotiation with vendors

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
【Must】- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Information System (IS)/Information Technology (IT) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years working experience as System engineer
- Knowledge in SQL scripting

【Prefer】- Having working experience in Japanese Company**English Level**:
