Syarat kelayakan seperti di bawah. 1. Berpengalaman dalam bidang Merchandising atau Retail. Pemohon yang tidak berkelayakan tidak akan diberi keutamaan 2. Sales Rep dengan rujukan yang baik mempunyai kelebihan. 3. Berpengalaman dalam outlet hyper/super/mini market, prosedur peniaga (buyer), prosedur kerja dan lain-lain. 4. Berpangalaman dalam propose order di pasaraya 5. Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri adalah kemestian dimana Merchandiser perlu sentiasa bergerak dari kawasan ke kawasan untuk melakukan tugasan masing-masing. Tanggungjawab merchandiser: 1. Merchandiser dikehendaki membuat merchandising dan menambah stok untuk produk tidak halal di pasaraya mengikut jadual 2. Mser dikehendaki cover super/hypermarket dan convenient stores seperti Lotuss, Aeon, Aeon Big, Village Grocer, 7 Eleven, 99 Speedmart, Mynews, KK Mart dan Family Mart. 3. Cuti hari Selasa 4. Waktu berkerja 9.30am hingga 6pm. 5. Mser dikehendaki cover area Penang. Sebulan beberapa hari outstation.
