So, what will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?

In this exciting and strategic customer-facing role, you'll play a crucial part in driving platform adoption success and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

As a customer service advisor, you excel at understanding customer needs and providing enlightening solutions. You welcome customers, offer guidance, and assist with product setup. Your role includes visual merchandising and supporting team members. Keeping yourself updated on products and initiatives, you ensure exceptional customer interactions. Your success is gauged by team and individual productivity and overall store performance. You take pride in fostering lasting customer relationships. Working with us brings many benefits. **Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,600.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
