As a key player in our creative department, you will bring our digital and educational content to life, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and informative multimedia output.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop original content across various formats including text, graphics, video, and audio to engage our target audience. Stay ahead of industry trends to create compelling and relevant multimedia content.
- **Content Editing**: Review and refine existing content to improve clarity, engagement, and adherence to brand standards. Ensure all multimedia content is error-free, optimized for search engines, and aligned with our content strategy.
- **Video Editing**: Produce and edit high-quality video content from concept to completion. This includes storyboard creation, editing raw footage, incorporating sound effects, and ensuring final products are compelling and in line with project objectives.
- **Project Planning**: Collaborate with team members to plan and schedule projects, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and deadlines are met. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and strategies for content creation.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Manage and grow our social media accounts by posting regular updates, responding to followers, and analyzing engagement data to guide future strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Multimedia project or similar.
- Diploma/Bachelor in related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia content creation and editing skills.
- Proficiency in multimedia editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, Capcut Pro).
- Excellent understanding of digital content production, including video editing, graphic design, and web content creation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Communication, or related field is preferred.
