Rnd Lab Technician

Day-to-day operation of the RND/AND Laboratory according to department PRP. Assisted RND/AND executive to complete priority project, work, assignments, and activities to meet goals and insure high technical integrity.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Assisting on research project, observation to understand the project/ assignments ideas. Working closely with R&D/AND executives to Perform sampling, testing, make observations, calculate and record results. If participate project, daily report is required to prepare & summit to the executives.
- Ensure that the tests as assigned are performed in a timely manner in accordance to documented procedure.
- Test, record & report the new raw material / pre-shipment evaluation status to executives.
- Maintain complete & accurate recordings of test results, report on the significance of test results and follow up with appropriate actions. Generate neat and accurate records timeously.
- Participate in validation study related to raw materials, formulation, and process and product quality and food safety issues.
- Assisting in troubleshooting of research methods/equipment. Keep all the analytical instrument, monitoring and measuring equipment are appropriately maintained and calibrated as per SOP.
- Marketing support
- assisting superior for product samples preparation.
- Checking & records consumable items, raw materials/FG stock quality & quantity for market sample, pre-shipment sample evaluation, project study & shelf life.
- Comply on department pre-requisite programs (PRP) as per documented SOP.
- Keep good data and record management with regards to test/ analysis report, storage, retrieval and disposal.
- Raise feedback related to continuous improvements on the product’s quality from time to time. Report to executives whenever non-conformances detected in workplace or product.
- Pro-active in innovation product development activities & understand country food act.
- Ensure retention incoming & outgoing market sample are arranged sequentially according to product category, sending date or receiving number.
- Keep detailed log of all work related activities.
- Maintain a high level of health and safety, tidiness and efficiency whilst working.
- Understand and maintain the implementation of 5S, GMP, GLP, PRP, HACCP and SAP system.
- Undertake any other related job as directed by Superior from time to time.
- Ensure safety, 5S, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
