Job Requirements At least ONE year of working experience in graphic design and/or related work Minimum Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or a related field, or equivalent relevant skill sets and experience Students and/or fresh graduates will also be considered Possess flair, creative and aesthetic skills in designing Proficiency in design & image editing using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design software Some design work experience in fast moving consumer good (FMCG) industry would be beneficial Meticulous and solution-oriented mindset Creative, proactive and a strong team player Demonstrate self-motivation and keen interest to learn Good verbal and written communication skills Good command of written and spoken English, Malay, Chinese languages Possess multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously Work closely with Singapore team, to develop specifications and ensure timely completion of deliverables Job Description Collaborate with digital marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives Work closely with digital marketing team to translate ideas and creativity into various social media platforms Design marketing material and collaterals from conceptualising to design and to final online output or offline distribution Create and adapt visually compelling designs for marketing materials, digital ads, social media graphics and website banners Plan and direct in photo and video shootings, where needed Review and proof-read all internal and external collaterals prior to distribution Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to details Responsible for accomplishing and maintaining the quality of design throughout all project phases Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management Benefits & Compensation: Competitive Remuneration, Rewards and Recognition Career Progression opportunities Skills upgrade through courses & trainings Personal Growth with mentoring Vibrant Working Environment Coverage of Medical and Hospitalization 5 Day Work Week
