Chinese Translator

Responsible to interpret written or spoken material into one or more other languages **(Chinese to English and Bahasa Malaysia or Vice versa) **ensures meaning, context and technical wording are maintained.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret / Translate verbal and written communications between Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia languages for in-house staff.
- Provide consecutive or simultaneous interpretation between the languages in the meetings such as phone/web conference, in-house staff meeting, etc.
- Responsible to proof-read, edit and revise translated materials.
- Provide administrative supports to the project teams.
- Any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Good Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
- Must be proficiency in Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be computer literate.
- This is 6 months contract roles.
- Experienced of interpreter/ translator in construction or manufacturing will be an added advantageous.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- This position will be based at Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
