**Job Overview**:
To perform varied clerical work in a responsible and accurate manner.

Maintain filing systems; assemble, label, prepare contract and Foreign Worker staff wages, checking staff claim voucher and filing.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Welcome clients/visitor and offer them refreshments (if any)
- Maintain filing, database systems, and inventories.
- Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines.
- Communicate with clients/visitor and employees and respond to any queries or complaints.
- Checking staff claim voucher and make payment upon approval.
- Prepare Foreign worker wages and submit for approval.
- Coordinate activities and disseminate information to plantation staff.
- Performs any other related duties as assigned by the Superior.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate, Diploma, Degree with relevant experience.
- Strong Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Knowledge in MSPO procedures is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
