Operation Assistant

Job Responsibility:
- To assist in inviting /securing quotations, proposals & engagement of suppliers.
- To assist in analyzing, prepare price & cost comparison.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office.
- To assist in preparing & compliance documents for ISO & internal audit.
- To liaise and coordinate with projects and other departments.
- Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records.
- Team spirited, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude.
- Other task assigned by HOD.
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience in managing the end-to-end process of purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Possess good spoken and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for tasks.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1-2 years of related working experience.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
