Incharge for issuing purchase orders and data completion by keying-in to the excel workspread and google sheets.
- Finding, analying and finalizing for good quality and forecast good quality for curtain fabric and home furnishing items.
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers to secure the best prices on products for each purchase.
- Reporting and work closely with company director for the purchase, contract evaluation and price negotiation with supplies and customers.
- Tracking the inventory and replenished goods for all 25 branches around Malaysia during season time and when needed.
- Comparing available goods and stay up to date with industry trends to determine appropriate product pricing and product selling in the department.
- Preparing quotation for customers and liasing with them until their needs are fullfilled
- Maintaining monthly and yearly sales report
- Reporting directly to the Director for the sales improvement, fresh orders and future planning.
- Setting stock promotion and price reduction as appropriate.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Buyer in retailing, merchandising or similar job function.
- Committed, team player, proactive, able to meet tight deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Analytical, with business acumen and negotiation skills.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
