**Description**
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document management.
- Support the operations team in monitoring and maintaining office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Support the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials
- Help maintain office supplies inventory and ensure their availability for various departments.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files and records.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in coordinating and executing company-wide events or initiatives.
- Proactively seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills related to administrative operations.
**Requirement**
- Enrolled in diploma/degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
**Job Types**: Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
