**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Registered with Malaysian Board of Pharmacy
- Possess Poison License A and Annual Retention Certificate
- Preferably minimum 5 years working experience in Healthcare industry
- Experience in Cytotoxic Drug Reconstitution (CDR) is an added advantage
- Able to be on-call (after office hour)
- Good communication Skills & interpersonal skills in both English, Malay, Chinese or Tamil.
- Able to work independently & accountable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
