Comfort Works is looking for a People & Culture Manager who wants to lean in and lead. To date, we’ve been great at_ taking care_ of our people, but now we’d like to level up and anticipate what our people need to in order to have the best damn careers at Comfort Works.

This is an impact position. We are looking for a senior generalist or a manager who knows they can do more if given trust, room to experiment and a chance to create change.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Secure operational excellence in auditing, implementing and maintaining HR processes and working methods.
- Support the development of a value-driven organisation and Comfort Works being a great place to work in relevant local/international markets.
- Contribute to build up business competence, leadership and talent pipeline and support managers and co-workers in their development, according to the business needs and development plans.
- Be an active member within the management team and contribute to the development of the team and its members, in close cooperation with the founders.
- Coach and support managers about people related topics (e.g. performance management and development, team development, change management).
- Maintain up to date HR information (Employee Handbook, HR policies and practices, Careers Page) and Employee Data accurately and timely in our HR systems.
- Manage all the administrative tasks in relation to recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, performance review, and resignation.
- Responsible for managing all tasks in relation to processing of Employment Pass for foreign talents and relocation.
- Act as key contact person for all employees and contribute to making Comfort Works a diverse and humanistic workplace, developing a trustful climate that encourages an open and honest dialogue.
- Conduct regular engagement surveys and analysts of results, sharing and raising key findings to leadership.
- Ensure Organisational Chart, Department Structures, Roles and Responsibilities, Interview scorecards and other relevant HR documentation and information are updated and organised
- Key responsibilities include recruitment, performance, rewards, employee engagement, culture development, HR planning and more. You will also lead and groom your team as the organisation expands our operations.
- At any time, act as an ambassador for the Comfort Works values and drive initiatives to keep the Comfort Works values a living reality.

You have the ability to deliver to the people's agenda through engaging and motivating people in a mid size organisation and you have a passion for competence development.
