Responsible in key in orders at SAP system
- Prepare invoice, delivery order and credit note.
- Prepare daily checklist for delivery
- Issue Purchase Requisition
- Printing label for finished good products
- Liaise with purchasing, HR and account at HQ
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Calculate monthly container and driver commission.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, office items
- Maintain up-to-date employee records
- Provide administrative support to other department as and when required.
- Assist in staff disciplinary issues, staff development, engagement programs and etc
- Provide support in human resources and administration matter
- Able to perform any other ad-hoc Human Resource and Admin duties as assigned by Superior

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
