Plan and execute customer retention programme to keep existing customers content and your new customers coming back for more.
- Mail personalized greetings (festive season & Birthday)/ Thank you cards to the customers.
- Plan repurchase programme for the existing users when they’re ready to buy a new car.
- Plan and execute customer acquisition programme via mail/direct mailer/SMS through sharing of database within the group subsidiaries and external organization.(i.e.: Bank Muamalat, EON, EMSB & Maybank).
- To carry out customer follow up (telephone call) after 3 days from the date of repair.
- To provide an excellent level of service and maintain good customer relations in handling customer queries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
- Adhere to defined policies and procedures when handling customer complaints.
- Handles in the best interest of both customer and company.
- Provide timely feedback to superior regarding to CRM performance and reports preparation.
- To perform any other duties assigned by superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
