**Responsibilities**:

- Perform documentation and operation functions involving generating,
checking and follow-up with customers for perfection of contraction/execution
agreements
- Liaise with customers for execution of documents and agreements. Validate
and witness signatories for documents and agreements
- Prepare relevant documents including issuance of Letter of Credit to banks
- Ensure all documentation and operation are in compliance with the
company’s policies

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or
equivalent
- Strong analytical mind, observant and good communication skills
- Mature personality with right attitude, ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills
- Possess valid driving license
