**HR Assistant -Petaling Jaya**

We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Assistant to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. As an HR assistant, you will be an integral part of our HR department, providing valuable support with various administrative tasks. This position is based at our office in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

**Working days**: Monday-Friday

**Working time**: 8.30 am-5.30 pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientations, and coordinating exit processes.
- Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and addressing employee inquiries.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee files, ensuring data integrity and timely documentation.
- Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance management, and training and development activities.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide information to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations and effective communication.

**Salary & Benefits**: Maximum RM 3,000 (depending on experience and skills)

**Specific Requirements**:

- Prior HR experience preferred.
- Ability to join immediately is a must.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
