To conduct business as a private employment agency, we are committed to supplying manpower to other employers such as the **service industry**, **construction,** and **agriculture sectors of Malaysia** and we are authorized to act for international workers in Malaysia and also have a **license C** from the **Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK).** We also employ foreign workers and handle visas and permits for foreign workers by the laws of the **Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN), Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK),** and **Immigration Malaysia.**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and guide of accounting team for the daily accounting activities.
- Able to do full set account.
- Provide guidance on complex financial issues.
- Prepare budgets, forecast and cash flow management.
- Liaising with internal and external parties when necessary, such as auditor, tax agent, banker and others.
- Ensure the accounting matters compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Report on the actual financial performances against budget and previous years and explain the variances with facts and figures.
- Responsible for review and analysis monthly management accounts and ensure monthly management reports are accurate, complete and submitted on time.
- Manage cash flow and ensure fund availability for payments and expenditures.
- Perform other related duties assigned from time to time.
- Responsible for attends monthly meeting and present financial reports.
- Build relationships with clients to ensure project success.
- Develops and executes strategic account plans to achieve sales goals and value-creating objectives.
- Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem solving, sense of urgency and decision making skills.
- Mentoring Accounts Executives and account team for purposes of ensuring that their accounting and analysis duties are done well.
- Ensuring that the financial records are accurate.
- Ensuring that every expense is properly documented.
- Ensuring that the books of accounts are completed every end of the month.
- Ensuring that the books of accounts are compiled at the end of every financial year.
- To supervises financial transaction processes and reporting, planning, communicating, leading, serving as internal Consultant and an expert in all financial matters.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least a Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/MICPA/ASCPA).
- Preference given to MIA membership holder.
- Proven experience working as a Account Manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto-count Software will be value-added.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Discipline and good time management.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- 3+ years of working experience
- Organized, able to work independently and in teams in a highly matrix organizations
- Highly driven with the ability to perform under stress and adhere to strict timelines
- A go getter, who sees challenges as opportunity to grow, develop and provide solutions
