**About the Role**:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Brand Communication Manager with a knack for strategic communication and an affinity for public relations. Your primary role will be to magnify TTRacing's global brand presence and position us as the go-to ergonomic brand. If you are a communication maestro with an impressive portfolio in public relations, we welcome you to bring your expertise onboard

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Brand Strategy Development & Execution: Devise and roll out effective brand communication strategies to align with our overarching marketing goals. Use your storytelling prowess to accentuate our unique selling proposition and brand positioning.

2. Media Relations & Coverage: Identify suitable media outlets and curate messages fitting their unique needs. Cultivate strong relations with journalists, bloggers, and other media professionals to secure favorable coverage for TTRacing, and handle any negative press constructively. Collaborate with media owners to secure high-ROI top-of-funnel exposure, and leverage feedback to fine-tune our communication strategy.

3. KOL & Content Creator Engagement: Proactively reach out to and collaborate with KOLs and Content Creators across our key markets to generate buzz and drive sales. Manage the content they produce to ensure alignment with our company's objectives and values.

4. Content Creation & Editing: Compose compelling press releases, speeches, articles, and social media posts. Ensure that all produced content accurately represents and enhances the brand's values and messaging.

5. Event Management: Organize and manage events, including press conferences and product launches, to maximize brand exposure. Capitalize on various channels and potential partnerships to maximize the impact of these events.

6. Crisis Management: Mitigate potential threats to TTRacing's reputation by assessing and managing any arising crises effectively.

7. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work in harmony with our internal Creative and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive public relations efforts that align with our broader company objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, focusing on brand management, media relations, and social media management.
- An extensive network of media and tech site contacts.
- Proficient in writing, editing, and communication.
- Experience in managing events and coordinating with external vendors.
- Strategic thinking and project execution skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangsar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
