Accounts Officer

a) Data entry and update accrual of supplier invoices.
b) Data entry and system import on billing invoices.
c) Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedule.
d) To monitor exceptional AP aging for long overdue/negative balance.
e) Comply with financial and MFRS accounting standards.
f) Handle small and dormant company management accounts.
g) Prepare journal voucher.
h) To update and maintain accurate Fixed Asset listing.
i) Process monthly bank reconciliation for key operating a/c.
j) To become cash checker.
k) Assist in ad hoc assignments.
l) Sound effective communication & working relationship with inter departments and branches.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
a) Minimum Diploma qualification in
finance/accounting or LCCI qualification with at least 1 year working experience, or
b) Degree qualification in finance/accounting, or
c) SPM qualification with minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
