**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Perform all accounting clerical functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping of all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Perform bank transaction for payment and payment vouchers on time.
- Liaising with auditor on yearly accounts audit.
- Assist in preparing budgeting.
- To handle general administration duties i.e., paperwork, filing, stationery purchase etc.
- Maintain proper filing & accurate entry in system.
- To assist in claims process and payroll preparation.
- Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Follow all company’s filed policies/procedures and protocols and employee handbook.
- Responsible for any other ad-hoc function as and when assign by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in finance & accounting field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Spoken & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate required skills e.g., MS Office, MS Excel & etc.
- Responsible and able to work independently.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
