**Recruit Express is currently seeking enthusiastic interns who are passionate about the recruitment field and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment team and gaining valuable insights into the end-to-end recruitment process. This internship provides a unique opportunity for students to develop practical skills and contribute to meaningful projects.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the screening process by reviewing resumes, evaluating qualifications, and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Assist in the preparation of recruitment-related documentation, including job descriptions, interview guides, and assessment materials.
- Participate in recruitment projects and initiatives, such as employer branding campaigns, talent acquisition strategies, and process improvements.
- Learn and adhere to recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in any field.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Passionate about the recruitment field, with a genuine interest in understanding the talent landscape and industry trends.
