We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recovery Executive to join our team and support our financial management efforts.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Debt Recovery**:

- Manage and monitor overdue accounts to ensure timely recovery of debts.
- Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to minimize outstanding debts.

**Account Management**:

- Analyze customer accounts to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recovery activities.
- Prepare regular reports on recovery status and performance metrics.

**Compliance and Coordination**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop effective recovery procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and disputes related to outstanding payments professionally.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:

- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in debt recovery, collections, or a similar role.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
