**Summary of Essential Job Functions**:

- Provide good customer service to walk in customer and guest.
- Able to communicate with all level of customer.
- Carry out clerical duties of the department.
- Perform accurate filing of documentation to ensure all the documents are traceable.
- Perform other general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least SPM or e
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Language ability in Chinese dialects is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed and customer oriented personality.
- Computer literate.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
