A4 Chargeman

**Job Description / Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and assist with troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical & electrical equipment for projects
- Monitor performance of sub-contractors work and ensure jobs are performed according to contract requirement.
- Install, maintain and trouble-shooting of all Mechanical & Electrical systems for projects.
- Plan, carry out, monitor and report scheduled Mechanical & Electrical check.
- Plan. coordinate and implement preventive maintenance programmes as per schedule.
- Ensure new installations and maintenances are safe, correct and legal.
- Administer, supervise and coordinate facility team and contractors and ensure safety regulations are compiled while carrying out their duties.
- Assist with installation and modification of M&E systems in the building/ premises/properties. for projects
- Troubleshoot, evaluate, and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities.
- Perform testing of gen-set according to competency of Chargeman certification and ensure relevance act on electricity and safety are rigidly observed.
- Possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facilities and ground maintenance
- Respond immediately to emergency situations and clients complaints.
- Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions and perform preventative maintenance according to schedule.
- Inspect new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Prepare monthly performance report and keep client and immediate superior updated on work progress.
- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations and Company directives related to building operations and practice safe work habits.
- Familiar/used to liaise with TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Gas Malaysia and other statutory bodies as required
- Other tasks given/instruct by Management

**Requirements**:

- **A4 certificates from Suruhanjaya Tenaga with at least 2 years experience**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and with minimum supervision

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
