**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**(Duties and Responsibilities / Key Result Areas)**:
Perform ticketing logging and escalations to the correct person in charge.

**Perform ticket(s) monitoring and follow up on any pending issues.**

Perform any defined daily checklist/tasks being assigned.

**Conducting training to users/suppliers from time to time.**

To carry out other duties which may assigned by the Management from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENT / SPECIFICATIONS**:
(Academic, Work Exposures, Skills Required, Personal Characters, etc.)

**Able to communicate well in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.**

Able to work overtime after office hour, weekends & public holiday.

**Able to work as a team when carried out the support task**

Having experience on same job background or having educational background in Information Technology / System Information

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
