Intern - Customer Experience

**As a bolttech intern**
You will have the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience and training, exposure to exciting opportunities including managing your own project. You will be embedded in a team working alongside some of our best SMEs. You will also be supported by our intern program which offers a structured learning experience.
You will be working with the Group Customer Experience team located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia supporting the global bolttech organization
**You will have the opportunity to**
**Customer Experience Measurement (NPS/Customer Feedback)**
- Support analysis of customer feedback from purchase and claims experience to identify pain points and trends. Suggest solutions for how to improve customer experience
**Customer Research**
- Support quantitative and qualitative customer research - design, distribute, analyze and visualize findings, using various research methodologies and tools
**Customer Journey Mapping Review**
- Support cross-functional squad to map E2E customer journey involving, current state review, customer interview synthesis and human centric approach to future state design
**Agile Customer Experience Management**
- Get experience of how to collaborate with a cross-functional bolttech team to solve for customer problems, needs and desires
**What we are looking for**

- Problem-solving ability, creative thinking, and comfort with numbers
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable with mastering new tools (example: Qualtrics)
- Final year degree students having passion for customer experience
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
