We are actively **seeking skilled and passionate Customer Experience Executive **to enhance our footprint in Malaysia. If you're dedicated to making a positive impact on individuals' experience through providing potential and existing customers with exceptional services through identifying customer needs, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with internal departments, **we want to hear from you.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines.
- Work closely with relevant departments to resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a courteous and calm manner at all times to de-escalate stressful situations.
- Take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences including but not limited to communicating gaps to the management, offer guidance to front-facing staff member on handling customers and seek ways to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs and feedback.
- Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Prepare reports as part of performance monitoring and tracking of initiatives.
- Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Any other tasks as assigned by immediate superior.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field;
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus;
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills;
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin**.**

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
