: The Customer Care Consultant (CCC) role is to resolve customer complaints via phone. The CCC is required to greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling. The CCC is also required to assist customers in their inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Qualification - Diploma with 1-year experience or SPM/O-Level with at least 2 years working experience in customer service.Experience in customer service roles is desirable. Past working experience in contact/call center are encouraged to applyGood command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia Personality traits - Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical, and goal-focusedCustomer service skills - Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skillsStress tolerance and able to work under pressureAble to work on public holidays, weekends (ROTATIONAL SHIFT BASIS; 9 AM - 9 PM)Required to have own transportation arrangementAble to start immediately
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
